Episode 208 – Rainbows and Puppies

Mack advises that despite his promises from last episode, they are NOT reviewing Skeleton Crew yet.  But they go into American Primeval and how realistic it is and how Hollywood has been slowly showing westerns in a more brutal fashion.  This leads into a discussion of authenticity and if that is what the audience wants hence why podcasts are beating traditional news media when conveying info.  They talk about how that translates to sitcoms and Tim Allen’s latest show vs a show like Friends.
